Work Experience

I worked as a engineer from 1983 till 2010 in different sugar mills in

Pakistan Asia.

Now I am working as a cashier at Chevron Gas station from Oct 2010 till

now at Foothill Rancho Cucamong USA.

Technical team lead of $10M project of a highly reputable organization.

Responsibilities included:

Managing complete program of operation and maintenance of machinery,

organizing and supervising daily meetings of engineers and technical teams

to review production goals, issues and corrective actions.

Preparing quarterly and annual budget for the next crushing season with

reference to safety and quality improvements, spares requirements,

consumables, plant improvement, and machinery upgrade projects.

Working with vendors to improve quality of their processes and products,

get quotes on products and services, analyze quotes, and place orders.

Supervision of routine daily operation from cane feeding and milling to

final refined sugar bagging. Extensive experience of variety of

centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, rotary machines, conveyor

systems, turbines, boilers, heat exchangers, compressors, cooling towers,

and material handling equipment.
