planning and scheduling, resource allocation, develop and track leads on additional work
and upcoming projects, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction
and ensuring compliance with quality standards. I study job specifications to determine
appropriate construction methods. I select, contract, and oversee subcontractors who
complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or framing. I requisition supplies
and materials to complete construction projects. I prepare and submit budget estimates and
progress and cost tracking reports. I also work as a senior estimator, filling the role of
preconstruction manager when ours was out on matern ity leave.

(Assistant Operations Officer) in 2-327 (No Slack) IN REG. I transferred to BDE HQs and
served as the night Battle Major at the 1BCT, 101st ABN DIV TOC during its third Iraq
rotation. On redeployment I was an Asst. CHOPs (Current Operations) and then the Asst.

management and supervising, safety control, etc… I studied job specifications to determine
