distribution centers, maximizing profitability while maintaining optimum service levels to customers. A business partner and subject

project management and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and principles as the lead on local and national projects, such as the
implementation of processes to improve inventory research dollars and lower the exposure of inventory loss. Promoted a team
atmosphere and employee engagement with the creation of a web-based communication tool to socialize the inventory team’s successes.
Created a Senior Analyst role to focus on the four wall inventory activities and PI functions. Interacted with customers regularly,
collaborating with the sales team to enhance the customer relationship by being responsive to needs.
Reinvented this role which was the platform for the newly formed Regional Supply Chain Director; wrote the job

Selected as the Project Lead for the Business Technology Team to complete the upgrade of an Oracle ERP Planning solution, a project
that had previously stalled. Collaborated with business and technology teams to identify technical solutions and resolve complex
business issues with an eye to controlling costs and increasing usability and scalability. Created the plan to separate and support both
Agilent and its subsidiary in China to meet requirements during a corporate transition. Communicates directly with clients, gathering
requirements; providing project status updates; and testing and conducting quality assurance. .
Achieved significant cost savings for Agilent by delivering this project on time, on budget and in accordance with client
requirements.
