Duties/Responsibilities;
Receive/process delivery order Local and international from re-export department (creating shipment up to the goods issue).
Coordinate with the logistics regarding shipping schedule and re-export department on matter
concerning their ordered items on the scheduled of shipments.
Plan sailing schedule and request empty container.
Prepare partial documents for customs inspections, issue gate pass for container dispatch.
Conduct regular meetings with the members to address all issues concerning work
problems, procedures and formulates solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities;
Monitor incoming and withdrawn stock are properly recorded in the register book
and in the computer database to keep track their progress; Check all items as per
advance list against the actual shipment that arrived in the warehouse for stock
balancing purposes.
Maintain an accurate warehouse inventory count, receiving & shipping discrepancies,
Checking product recall and expired products.
Receive customer returns and putting away of returns.
Monitors parts movement and determine the additional quantity to be stock to minimized
or avoid idle inventory.
Conduct monthly and quarterly inventory from the other branches, analyze cycle count
and physical inventory counts, reconcile adjustment in the system, determine root
cause of inventory errors.
*Oversee parts inventory and cycle count process in order to reduced

Prepare/submit claim for parts received from suppliers that found to be defective and damage
during delivery.
Analyze costing and negotiate with 5R (Right quantity, Right quality, Right source, Right Price and right timing) and ensure cost effective in sourcing and purchasing to enhance profitability and competitively in the market.
Monitor stocks level every branch to insure in business and index performance.
Responsible for handling over the counter sales operations in a highly professional
manner, receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using parts
Catalog/electronics parts catalog EPC based on customer requirement.
Prepare parts quotation tender by engine estimator which is subject for repair.
Prepare picking slip and invoice parts confirm and order by customer and deliver in case
the driver is absent.
In case of non-availability of parts at the warehouse and other branches, prepare special
Order from the supplier.
Received/check parts from supplier and other parts division.
Picked/packed parts ordered by the other branches and prepare internal branch transfer/shipping documents.
Responsible for proper rack locations of individual parts and maintain cleanliness and safety
of the warehouse.
Prepare sales return in case goods return by customer as per company guidelines.
Prepare daily and monthly sales report and submit to branch manager.
Communicate with main suppliers with regards to the price and discounting method.
Follow up back orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of their order parts and ensure parts to be delivered on the promised date.
Ensures that quotations, sales order, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts are performed as per the standard operating procedure.
