As my resume indicates, I am an experienced Computer / Network Specialist,
CNA (Netware 4.11 & 5.1), A+, and Network+ and other Certifications. I am
presently looking for a position to advance my technical knowledge and
expertise in these fields. I understand that you are looking for some one,
who is reliable, can follow directions well, and who can learn new
techniques fast and efficiently. I feel confident that I can meet and

Currently I am the Sr. IT Analyst/Transition SME/Transition Manager for
NASA Wallops Flight Facility, where I manage the transition of all
computers systems from a legacy company to Hewlett Packard (HP) Enterprise
Services (HPES). I currently manage a deployment team of 2 Technicians who
deploy new Systems to NASA customers that are in the refresh cycle. It is
also my responsibility to correct any issues as they arrive from the
deployments either hardware or software. At Wallops I act as Lead
Technician, Transition Manager, and Logistics Coordinator for the entire
facility. Working with the local HP and NASA personnel I provide a total
service package with a one stop solution to any issues that may arise
concerning the transition from Legacy to HP support. It is my
responsibility to ensure that all transition matters are handled in a
courteous and professional manner.
As an instructor at Centura College, where I taught A+, Network +, TCP/IP,
Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Server 03 / 08 and Operating systems (Windows XP and
Windows7). When not teaching I was part of the IT team that supports the
entire campus. Our services include PC maintenance (imaging and repair),
server support (Active directory, file system, hardware and maintenance),

* Manage the movement and transition of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Systems
(HPES) equipment including receiving of new equipment, deployment, removal

equipment including warehousing, preparing equipment for shipment and
