Work experience

2010 today Work for SACMI as integrator, electronic developer and service engineer.

Job description: Programming and installing labeller machines for the PET industries. Developed

HMI using Proface and Allen Bradley interfaces for the labeller machines, also the SCADA

systems using Labview (Modbus and OPC) and Matrikon (OPC). Developed software using SIEMENS

PLC, Allen Bradley PLC and ELAU (Motion control).

Installed and programmed machines in Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Dominican Republic,

Colombia, Venezuela and Chile. Also worked for one month with SACMI in Italy.

Project manager for the complete electronic renovation of old SACMI press for ceramic industries,

developed HMI and software using AB Panelview Plus 1000 HMI and L35E PLC.

Developed conveyor, labeller system, bar code inspector and clasification for the end of line in

Daltile Monterrey.

SACMI labeller that I worked with run up to 45,000 bottles per hour.

2009 2010 Work for Danfoss as developer for laboratory testing machines.

Job description: Build a machine to study the hysteresis of the valve’s diaphragm using Labview as

the control system and HMI.

Additional work experience

Working for PC Servicios Integrales as project manager for the installation of the complete network in

Policia Federal Academy in San Luis Potosi Mexico.

Job description: Designing and installing MDF and IDF, UTP 6E connectios for the users and optic fiber

to interconnect two bulding in the same network.

Training

2007 2013 CAD, CAE and CAM software using Unigraphics NX. Network design and installation in Tyco Electronics.

PLC (AB and Siemens) programming in Italy. ELAU training in Chicago Illinois for motion control for

design and programing (IL, LD, FBD, SFC, ST and CFC) of machines using servomotors.
