Major Projects Handled:

Medgen EHR

Medgen is web based Electronic Health Record software is used for doctors to maintain Patients Information. This is a web

based application, so doctors can access the demographics of his patients from any office. The system has the flexibility to

access different modules based upon the specialization of the doctor. It stores the demographics, vital, insurance, lab results

and all other information of the patient. The doctors will also get the lab results directly to his message centre. They can

schedule the appointments for the patients. The patients also can send and receive the messages from the doctors through

Patient Portal.

Patient Portal

The Patient Portal is created for the patients in the Medgen EHR. For every patient a user name and password is created and

they can log into Patient Portal to see his information, like appointments, lab results, alerts, remainders and any other

information related to that patient. The Patients can also make a refill request for the doctor. The doctor can write a

prescription to the pharmacy.

Medical Billing

It is complete practice management software and it is fully integrated with Medgen EHR software. The claims are entered

manually or integrate with our electronic medical record system. Once the claims are entered they can post the batch to the

insurance companies. We can also view the patient past claims, payments and adjustments. Payments received or rejected with

in specific time. Review the payment history for rejected claims and reason for rejection. Once the claim is corrected we can

rebill it. Once the payments are received we can do the payment posting. Medgen practice management can generate many

reports like Adjustment report, Aging report, open claims reports and payments reports.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed the C# components for implementing business logic in middle tier in

3 -tier application interacting with Firebird database using Managed provider using ADO.NET

• Developed complete Data access layer Component using C#

MDS Ease

Minimal Data Set is used for maintenance of the Nursing Homes. This project maintains the information of the patients. When

a patient comes to the nursing home we can make Admission based on the type. He can be a private, Medicare, Medicaid or

Insurance Admission. We suggest a doctor, alternate doctor and a social worker for the patient. The patient is scheduled for the

treatments. There are different types of assessments for the patient. Based up on the assessment we can specify the level of

care of the patient. We will also maintain the patient funding. We also maintain adult dare care program information. It

maintains the Bed information.

Provident Fund (PF) and City Compensatory Allowance (CCA). Automation of the system makes it easy for the payroll

department and to overcome the issues involved in manual payroll processing.
