PROJECT WORK

Project Title : Design and Fabrication of Mileage Meter.

Features : This project is used to calculate the Mileage of a vehicle by distance travelled and the

distance can be travel by vehicle with remaining fuel. This concept is done by fixing a proximity sensor in the

wheel of a vehicle. The distance travelled by the vehicle can be calculated by sensor intersecting with each

other. And the calculated distance is sent to microprocessor chip and here program has done to calculate the

mileage of the vehicle and by this result we can find out the distance can travel by the vehicle. And the results

are shown in a LED display.

Project Title : Study of Condenser and Cooling tower performance in NLC.

Features : This project is used to study the performance of condenser and cooling tower in Thermal

power plant I. The study of condenser is reading the temperature, pressure and quantity of stream and speed

of condensing the steam into water. The type of cooling tower studied is Forced draft cooling tower and it is

working with a large draft fan for exhausting.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVIITIES

Secured Second place in Cricket Tournament during Hosfiesta on 2011.

Worked as an organizer in Hosfiesta 2011.

Got Third place in carom during Annual college sports meet.
