countless follow-on missions and multiple terrorist detained for the Joint Task Force (JTF).
Chosen by the JTF leadership to brief five groups of Distinguished Visitors on Interrogation
Operations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for detainees. Enhanced the capabilities of
the JTF by constantly interacting with analysts and interpreters to develop effective exploitation
strategies for all detainees. Trained five new interrogators and four analysts on interrogation
operations and SOP's while deployed with the JTF in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Produced 33 IIR's for Detachment Stuttgart, 19 in support of Operation ODYSSEY DAWN
comprising 25 percent of all IIR's from a field of 17 collectors. Selected by the Detachment
Chief as lead Debriefer for the Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) account upon
return from deployment. Displayed motivation and diligence in response to an increased work
load resulting in highly detailed information reporting in support of Operation ODYSSEY
DAWN. Maintained 100% accountability for source documentation and reporting for all
Detachment Stuttgart files.
(2009-2010) Produced 45 Intelligence Information Reports in an 8 month period-4th highest in a
13-member Detachment, exceeding expectations by over 87 percent. Selected to lead collection
effort for one of the Detachments most sensitive source accounts. Volunteered to deploy with
U.S. Special Operation Forces in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Selected over other
Detachement members to serve as a Sponsor for two incoming personnel to Detachment
Stuttgart, ensuring a smooth transition into the Detachment. Trained 11 Detachment members on
Intelligence Oversight and COMSEC regulations and procedures, ensuring zero violations over
the past 12 months. Provided mentorship to incoming Detachment personnel on advanced
Human Intelligence reporting which improved Detachment reporting quality. Successfully
ensured 100 percent of COMSEC equipment was accounted for and properly cleared of all
sensitive information when closing the Detachments COMSEC account. Maintained 100 percent
accountability for source documentation and reporting for the European Command J4 and J6
directorates. Handled thousands of classified documents, emails, and generated intelligence
information reports without a single unauthorized disclosure or negative incident.
(2008-2009) Diligent reporting resulted in the production of 66 intelligence information reports,
comprising almost 20% of all FY09 reporting for 12-member detachment. Reporting frequently
cited by analysts as information of High Value--received 21 evaluations, which was one-quarter
of all received for the detachment. Obtained advanced training in Human Intelligence reporting
that established him as an expert; provided training and assistance to 11 Detachment members on
Human Intelligence reporting. Provided assistance to Detachment in reporting quality control
procedures, ensuring accuracy and relevancy of over 50% of published reports. Ensured 100%
accountability and compliance of Detachment COMSEC equipment with all applicable
regulations and guidelines. Successfully was 100% accountable for source documentation and
reporting for all assigned collection accounts.
