department's shared drive, allowing swift, unimpeded access by the

legal staff for the first time in the company's history.

* Researched company documents for the outgoing IndyMac Bank General

Counsel for pending litigation against four major mortgage insurance

companies that were rescinding coverage on thousands of policies.

Coordinated document production, organized and assembled litigation

and transitional binders, and briefed the incoming legal counsel on

all related matters resulting in a smooth transition, and without

extra lost time, duplication of previous work efforts, or financial

expenditures.

* Researched state statutes, regulations and pending litigation in as

many as 10 simultaneous licensing projects, determining licensing,

filing and deadline requirements. Organized this information into

comprehensive and user friendly Word tables and Excel spreadsheets.

Used Westlaw and state regulatory agency websites and databases

extensively, covering more than 50 stares and territories. Completed

o Contract with Bank of America's Litigation Management Group. Responsible

for managing a litigation portfolio of highly contested, litigated

foreclosure cases requiring a high level of confidentiality and

discretion. Retained Counsel from the banks' approved network of

attorneys on behalf of the investors, negotiated fees and if necessary,

secured and arranged for the appearance of the appropriate witnesses to

appear in court. Devised method to complete investor reports in half

the time previously required.

o Contract with CRA/LA. Reviewed and analyzed developer agreements for post

completion requirements and documented findings.
