2013: Watertown NY Correctional Facility; State incarceration.

2011-2012: Lewisburg Pa. Federal Penitentiary; Federal incarceration.

1994-2008: County of Monroe; Worked as Superintendent of Maintenance and Construction. Managed various union

tradespeople in performing in-house repairs and renovations in employee workspaces.

1989-1994: O’Connell Electric Company; Worked as Estimator/Project Manager on all types of electrical construction

projects. Job included selling services to other contractors.

1979-1989: Local Union #86, IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers); Served apprenticeship, then

worked up to Master Electrician status. Performed electrical construction in local (Rochester NY) Union.

1975-1979: Various Rochester Alarm Companies; Worked as an Alarm Installer and Serviceman for several local

companies, including burglar, fire, and CCTV systems.

EDUCATION:

1981: Monroe Community College; Graduated with certificate (trade) degree in electrical construction.

1975: Edison Technical High School; Graduated with emphasis on electrical trade shop classes.
