"An Advanced Motion detection Algorithm with Video Quality Analysis for

Video Surveillance Systems"

PROJECT SYNOPSIS:

Video Surveillance System provides a high quality of security services

using following techniques. First and major part of the system is motion-

detection which is very important and very sensitive part whole project

depends upon this only, so we have used very efficient technique for motion

detection keep this in mind using JAVA.

In the project we have divided as three modules those are Background

Module, Alarm Trigger Module and Object Extraction Module.

In background module which uses background subtraction method with

reference to the background frame and detects the moving pixels in the

current background frame and detects it and send it to the alarm trigger

module and in alarm trigger module it trigger the alarm like siren and

calling the ADMIN whose number is saved in the file. And upon the command

given by the admin it will extract the image and send it to the client side

android enabled phone which is accessed through IP address of the server.
