Duties: Senior ranking official for the management and operations of eight criminal investigative field offices dispersed throughout the southeastern U.S.; routinely provided technical guidance, and counsel to over 80 investigative personnel regarding procedure and policy; served as the senior-level troubleshooter on all investigative management issues; conducted periodic site visits for the Command Inspection Team to identify and improve investigative processes and programs. Managed internal controls and served as the primary ethics advisor.
