SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
I am a sincere, loyal and dedicated individual I was a supervisor for much of my career at Mitel and
have extensive knowledge of call centers and customer service. I started out as a Switchboard Operator
and was then promoted to a Supervisor in the Switchboard supervising 9 operators. I then took a
position as a Customer Service Rep for many years then in 2001 accepted a part time position back in
Switchboard. Due to Company cutbacks I was laid off in August 2012.

• Cover all break and vacation time off for staff
• Reception and security duties
• Covering for staff shortage at the last minute due to sickness or
unforeseen shortages in staff
• Working on statutory holidays when required
• Average calls per day answered was 500 and roughly 40 conference
calls
• Ability to multi task
