. Network Planning & Solution design for Network Rollout and Expansion,

parameters defining and traffic re-routing according to the traffic

monitoring.

. Ensure that telecom services are delivered within contractual SLAs.

. Provide a rapid return to customers in relation to common questions

. Prepare presentations for NSS group regarding lessons learned, new

releases and issues to avoid accident on customer's network.

. Share and transfer knowledge, and where necessary, mentor other

members of the team

. Performing hardware and/or software upgrades and expansions of

customer's equipment.

. Uses the tools and follow procedures when troubleshooting a problem

to collect logs from trouble system for the purpose of escalation to

GTAC.

. Making decision on fault priorities and to take technical decisions

for quick resolution of serious fault situations and emergencies.

. Manage the operational and maintenance activities to achieve targeted

network quality objectives. Rectifying network alarms due to various

hardware and software related issues.
