Title : LEAVES, HOLIDAYS AND ABSENTEESIM IN INDUSTRY

Description :

The overall objective of the project is to calculate the leaves and

holidays which accumulated in industry as per the act and also the number

of holidays which is given to the employees as like the paid holidays and

also unpaid holidays and also coming to leaves paid leaves and unpaid

leaves which are given in industry and also the process of grievance

handling procedure and also the employee needs and satisfaction.
