SPECIAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Testing and Implementation of Test Device for Cable & Wireless Jam. Ltd
Prior to 1994, the testing of cable pairs was done individual by two technicians at either ends of the cable. Texas
instrument had testing equipment that tested 25 pairs at a time. I was given the charge by my manager to see the
viability in the company purchasing this device. After rigorous tests and simulation, I recommended the
acquisition of the device with few modifications to fit our needs. It proved not only beneficial to the company
with reduction of man hours by 50%, but also on the technician, which lessen the monotony of testing 2,400
