• Oversaw all construction activities to included asbestos removal, site utilities and MEP installation.

• Supervised the construction of 8 miles of HET road, including 3 bridges and 9 Arch and Box culverts.
• Ensured that contractors adhered to project schedule and met the construction standards and
specifications as dictated by the U. S. Army Corp of Engineers.
• Coordinated daily with the C.O.E. Project Engineer to identify any issues that would affect the project
schedule.
• Oversaw the installation and maintenance of all environmental controls that applied to wetlands,
protected areas and other land disturbance activities.

C.O.E.

Design-Build, 108th Air Defense Artillery (ADA) Complex ($100 million)

personnel.
• Project scope included 4 new 258,360-SF barracks buildings, two 16,400-SF battalion headquarters
buildings and 6 Company Operations Facilities.
• Project received a final CCASS rating of OUTSTANDING including outstanding marks in all
performance categories.
• Project was completed 30 days ahead of schedule and was selected as the best safety program at Fort
Bragg for mega-projects in 2010.
• Prepared 3 week look-ahead schedules for all sub-contractor activities.

• Preformed all architectural inspections and tracked sub-contractor performance to ensure all work was
installed according to C.O.E. specifications and standards.
