Dear Director,

I am offering over 20 years of testing and project management

experience in the industrial, hazardous, and mixed waste fields, providing

expertise and hands on experience in sampling, characterization, storage,

transportation, treatment research, implementation, shipping, and disposal

for prominent companies such as Laidlaw, Safety Kleen, Energy Solutions,

ATG, and Perma-Fix.

I have years of experience treating all of the EPA RCRA heavy metals,

including many forms of mercury, using various stabilization and/or

treatment techniques, systems, and equipment.

Since I currently come from the Mix Waste management and treatment

industry, I hold a HAZWOPER training certificate with a physical and a

current Radiation Training certificate.

I would love to personally speak with you about my knowledge and

skills as they apply to remediation and treatment of industrial, hazardous,

and mixed wastes. Please contact me by the above phone numbers or email

address.

Sincerely,

Richard D. Brimley
