. Managed WiMax 802.16e Planning & Optimization project for 300 sites in

Lagos city.

. Spearheaded Greenfield project for Abuja and Port Harcourt cities.

. Nominal Planning (Automatic Frequency Planning, Automatic Cell

Planning, Generating Predictions, Point to Point Analysis) on

planning tools.

. Spearheaded Aviat Base Station installation and commissioning in Lagos

. Interacted with multiple vendors and sub-vendors to provide RF and

. Monitored and troubleshot existing Fixed WiMax (802.16d) and FWA sites

towns, rural areas in addition to seamless highways and railways.

. Analysed coverage predictions on Atoll (Best Server Signal Strength,

Best Serving Sector, Total Population Cover), Frequency Planning,

Neighbour Planning, BCCH, TCH and LAC Planning.

. Co-ordinated Survey, Drive Test and Analyser Teams responsible for

carrying out SCFT, Cluster Drive and finally Soft Launch.

3. Reliance - Huawei GSM project(UP-West)

. SCFT of GSM sites.

. Coordinated with Projects Teams to Monitor the alarm status on daily

basis resolve issues at the earliest to make the process smoother.

. Monitoring KPIs like; HOSR, CSSR, TASR, SDCCH congestion, SDCCH

blocking etc. Analyzing the reasons and providing the solutions for
