My Job Responsibilities as Purchase Executive:

*Locate Vendors of materials, equipment or supplies and interview them

in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. *

Negotiating with Vendors regarding Price, Payment terms and Lead time.

*Prepare & Process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and

equipment. *Direct & coordinate activities of personnel engaged in

buying, selling & distributing materials, equipment, machinery &

supplies. * Assist in the sourcing locally and overseas for new goods

not supplied by regular principals. * Vendor Management. * Process GRN

(Goods received note) and arrange payment to suppliers. * Arrange air &

sea freight and liaise with forwarders on service & costs. *Maintain

keeping on all purchase orders and supplier confirmations.

for material planning, QA, QC for product qualification, Regulatory for

supporting technical documents. *Handle Exports of Bulk drugs to semi-

regulated and non-regulated market. *Preparing Export documentation.

*Finance for payments & commissions, Sales & Logistics for shipping

documents to shipment tracking, custom clearance. * Tracking the status of

Export material. * Maintaining the records of Purchase orders obtained,

dispatched material and Export documents. * Assist the Managing Director in
