Project Name : GITBox – File Hosting, sharing and Forum Service

Project Description : The main goal of GITBox is to help create an academic

environment among students. It create this “experience” by

incorporating features like file hosting, forum service etc. It

is a post-standalone application area representing paradigm

shift toward real-time, event-driven, web based

collaboration between all individuals. This project is

conceived by integrating three services – File Hosting and

Sharing, forum service. File hosting service provides sharing

and storage functionalities. Users are provided with

customizable user space. Users can create folders and files

within their user space. Forum service allows various the

people of GIT to come together and create a sense of

community among them.

Applications : 1. Application provides data storage functionality for teacher staffs,

students.

2. Application supports chat and more social interaction among the users.

My Role : Team Member, architected the project from start to finish.
