departments and also handed over reports to Customers according to
signed SLAs.

network and for its successful implementation.
. Coordination with Civil Work Teams and Site Engineering teams.
. Dealing with customers and analysis for customer requirements by
seeing the coming trends in target market (Fiber Optic Cable Users)
and of government policies.
. Mange commercial strategies and implementation of customized
solutions for telecom clients according to their requirements.
. Ensure implementation of technical specifications in true spirit
according to the IEC (Mechanical Testing Standards) and ITU-T
(Optical Testing Standards) specifications during the whole
manufacturing process of Fiber Optic Cable.
. Maintain complete network documentation for fault localization and
timely resolution.
. Supervise and support area teams and address onsite network faults
and teams queries.
. Devise mechanism for Fiber Optic cable laying, bridge attachments,
and define the procedures that help out the teams in the
maintenance process of fiber optic cable like in jointing and
removing pressure points, ODF installations, ONU installations etc,
and during different common field problems.
. Conduct complete testing of the Optical Fiber Cable during
different phases of cable manufacturing and testing of Equipments
according to the ITU-t and I.E.C Specifications
