Analysis the TCH blocking & SD blocking KPI's & find out the high blocking Cells
& implement the Dual rate for TCH Blocking & increase the SD time slot according
to Trx configuration.
Given the cells for Trx addition to Project team which having high TCH Blocking
after implementation dual rate & field Optimization like change the Orientation
of neighbour Sites which carrying less traffic & Tilting.
To check the KPI's & meet accordingly by Optimization.
