I am currently working at RCCL (Royal Caribbean Cruise Line) as a CDP

at roast station, and completely have previous background at culinary in

some restaurants in Bali With impeccable standards of hotel experience,

have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to bring out the best in your

team.

I was employed here as Commis 2 and promoted to Commis 1

after my first contract. I have successfully completed another 5

contracts of 8 months sincemy promotion. Liberty is a high volume,

fast paced environment and we cater for 4500 passengers and 1500

crew on a daily basis. We also have training from the American

Culinary Federation and I am a certified Culinarian and now my

position is as a CDP 3 at roast station.

During my time here I have worked many stations but maily

where I gained a lot more culinary skills.
