Day
I was employed here as Commis 2 and promoted to Commis 1
after my first contract. I have successfully completed another 5
contracts of 8 months sincemy promotion. Liberty is a high volume,
fast paced environment and we cater for 4500 passengers and 1500
crew on a daily basis. We also have training from the American
Culinary Federation and I am a certified Culinarian and now my
position is as a CDP 3 at roast station.
During my time here I have worked many stations but maily
Roast,Sauce, Buffet, Pantry and vegetable stasion.
