• Responsibilities included but were not limited to workers compensation,

employee benefits, temporary staffing, interviewing, drug tests, pre-employment

screenings, translations, customer and employee relations/ communications,

record keeping, warehouse safety training, implementing safety training, weekly

payroll, new hire orientations, employee discipline.

• I worked as an Adult and Pediatric Secretary. My duties included but where not

limited to Scheduling, Volume Control and Patient Satisfaction, Greeted, assisted

and directed guests, workers, visitors and the general public, Answered all

incoming calls and handled caller’s inquiries, Picked up and delivered the mail,

Maintained the common filing system and file all medical charts. I also worked

with programs such as Intergy, HealthPro and Availity.

Job duties included excellent customer service, lifting heavy objects, execute day to

day goals set by store manager, conscious of shoplifting activity, maintain

Along with another assistant and a unit leader are duties consisted of taking care of

10-20 girls ages 6-17. Events where planned for girls and we made sure the girls

enjoyed and had fun for the whole week that they attended Girl Scout camp.
