> Analyzing the KPIs to reach GOS like HO performance report, TCH &

SDCCH blocking, TCH call,Drop rate etc using M2000 and BSC6000

Reports (Huawei Technology).

> Monitoring the performance of new & existing sites and trouble-

shooting the problems that may arise in those sites on a day-to-day

basis.

> Analyzing BSC and BTS parameters and clearing the RF discrepancy

related with BTS.

> Periodically Neighbour List, BCCH, BSIC,MAIO,HSN auditing using

MIPT,MCOM and MapInfo,

> Periodically parameter auditing and clearing discrepancies.

> Conducting Benchmarking and Baseline drive test to check the network

quality, accessibility and retainability.

> Analyzing Logs using Nemo Analyzer, MapInfo for Interference, Call

Drops, Handover failures and AMR Codecs.

> Physical and parameter optimization based benchmarking and baseline

drive results.

> Studying NQI, BSC dumps and proposing required changes.

> Hardware and Soft Optimization with the help of daily KPI reports.

> Providing RF Data's like BCCH, BSIC, HSN, MAIO, & TCH frequencies for

interference.

> Co-ordination with circle team/customer care for coverage complaints

and solution.

> Carried out Optimization depending on coverage requirement based on

Marketing inputs as well as analysis of Traffic Reports.

> Planning of new sites for coverage through prediction & drive

performance.

> Analyze and propose RF changes like antenna down tilt, power reduction

based on drive test results.

> Identify hardware problems in the network and reporting them to the

types and height.

> Survey for New offloading sites according to cell utilization of

existing site by analyzing utilization reports of sites.

> Responsible for preparing monthly Roll Out Plan for upcoming sites

> Planning for expansion sites depends on congestion and utilization.

> Frequency planning for MW network, Link engineering for individual MW
