United States Army Reserve. 10/2008 to Present. Manages Department of the Army and

designated Department of Defense Signal assets, by providing expert technical advices and guidance on

critical digital communications issues to ensure the integration of command, control communication and

computers (C4) programs and services and to solve integration and interoperability issue. Understand and

provides input to the development and implementation of bandwidth configuration plans for complex

Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) with supported elements, which include all

aspects of automation and communications-electronics related to the planning, design, engineering,

operations, logistical support and evaluation of systems and networks. Directs all aspect of statewide

contracting, acquisition and management of telecommunication, network, systems services and equipment

both leased and owned by the government. Direct, plan and manage the installation, operation,

networking and maintenance of signal equipment. Advises commanders, directors, and staffs on command

and control signal requirements, capabilities, and operations to include computers. Develops requirements

for the design and implementation of data communications systems and networks, current and future

digital, analogous and asynchronous transmission mode communication infrastructures. Establishes,

prepares, coordinates and directs programs, projects and activities engaged in unit level supply,

maintenance, and life-cycle management of signal material and coordinate with the Network Control

Center (NCC). Manager on all communication services in directs support of the enterprise strategic IT

plan. Provide policy guidance in coordination with the operational element of the NCC Manager

regarding digital communication issues to the J6 CIO for statewide implication. Direct and control units

and activities involved with the application of electrical, electronics, and systems engineering and

management principles, in the design, test acceptance, installation, operation, and maintenance of Signal

systems, equipment, networks, and facilities. Delegate responsibilities through a support staff of

telecommunication specialist. Assist the employee by performing limited leader responsibilities, distribute

and balance workload among employees. Assist and approve leave for assigned employees, provide input

to annual report or performance appraisal. Resolve simple complaints and grievances, referring the more

complex ones to the supervisor. Recommend training needs for employees. Provide input to the

supervisor concerning selections, promotions, reassignment and recognition of outstanding performance

6/2010 TO 1/2012 ESPINC Repairs, tests, installs, configures, upgrades, and assists in

modification of P-3 training system assets, including Operational Flight Trainers, Weapons and Tactics

Trainers. Performs detailed inspections for pre-operations, post-operations, maintenance actions,

component handling, and assemblies. Inspects components and verify status prior to installation using

limited work that is normally minor phase of a broader assignment of a higher grade engineer.

Troubleshoot and performed conventional assignment involving the isolation of mechanical or electrical

faults and repair faulty components, knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical. Perform complex

problem solving and specialized knowledge of electronics and complex electro-mechanical assemblies.

Perform complex problem solving that cannot be solved solely by referencing manuals and documents.

Advanced troubleshooting skills beyond established fault isolation procedures. Demonstrates the ability

to perform data back up and restoration, diagnostics, configuration control and problem solving of the

system. Knowledge of engineering data (e.g., blueprints, data sets, specifications, logic diagrams,

electrical circuit schematics, cadd) to interpret, analyzes, and develops data for support requirements.

Testing of simulator control loading assemblies and motion systems and the ability to perform in depth

problem solving that cannot be solved solely by referencing manuals and documents. Perform jacking

operation of the trainer for motion component removal and replacement. Assist in the alignment of visual

image generation and display systems. Ability to design detailed installation drawings for the visual

display system into the simulator. Ability to analyze the mass property effects on the motion system.

10/2008 to 01/2010. US Army. Managed Department of the Army and assets, which include all

aspects of automation and communications of systems and networks. Advises designated DOD Signal

Commanders, directors, and staffs on command and control signal requirements, capabilities, and

operations to include computers. Develop requirements for the design and implementation of data

communications systems and networks. Direct and control unit activities signal systems, equipment,

networks, and facilities. Provide systems engineering, Tier II and III assistance for coalition systems in

support of the US BICES network. Install, configure, and integrate multiple operating systems,

applications, isolate problems, perform predictive failure and trend analysis, and resolve hardware and

software malfunctions. Supply technical guidance and expertise for the staging, movement, and upgrade

of systems during initial fielding and/or deployment. Maintain, administer and support numerous

operating systems and applications including MS Windows 2003 Server, MS Exchange 2003/2007,

Windows XP, Office 2007, VMware ESX4 and vSphere. Data Collection, Data Analysis, Identifies

Problems, Message Handling System, and Work Order, Troubleshooting Database Admin, Microsoft

Outlook, and MS Windows XP Professional. Call Center Operator on the status of accurate operation

while in Theater.

08/2008 to 10/2008. Quadrant Simulation Systems. Simulator Integration. Create project integration

plan and define weekly activities on simulators. Define and manage site integration priorities. Reports on

integration status. Lead and offer technical support to software engineers during integration of their

systems. Ensure proper deployment of the visual system, when applicable. Identify and participate

actively in solving software problems and advise appropriate engineer/technicians. Remodel and

upgrading visual system. Modified, installed, upgraded and aligned projector for Computer Generated

Image and Image Generator systems, including a variety of missile guidance, navigation, control, and six-

degrees-of-freedom on the flight simulators. Travel to customer’s site to complete and help in the

qualifying of the simulator. Support customers during acceptance phase. Responsible for site software

integration configuration management. Report to upper management on the status of the project.

drawings, test software and other data for programs such as Hellfire, Tads and the F-15 and the F-16. Set up and

operates precision and specialized test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital and analog meters and signal

generators to measure the accuracy of test equipment and test software used to test product hardware. Ran

operations necessary to fabricate, join or otherwise manufacture truck lots, line and major assemblies, section and

complete fire truck. Perform a variety of structural assembly and riveting operations involving details, sheet metal

parts, extrusions, castings and forgings in the fabrication of minor, sub and major assemblies and components.

7/1987 TO 1/1989. Litton Aero product Performed as an Electronics Technician .Duties and

Responsibilities include aligning navigational boxes, trouble-shooting navigational boxes and trouble-shooting

boxes down to component level. These navigational boxes were for both the Military and Civilian environment.

7/1985 TO 7/1987. Link Simulators. Simulator Technician on 727, 737 and 747 Simulators.

Responsibilities and duties include maintaining the Simulators for commercial Pilots for actual flight training at

anytime. Helped installed a 727 simulator from cables and cabinets to an actual flight Simulator and trouble-shoot

problems that occurred when installing the simulator and fixed accordingly to F.A.A. standard.

7/1981 TO 7/1985. United States Air Force. Performed as an Electronic Technician on the F-111D

Simulator. Trained and assisted Pilots for actual combat missions including TFR, AR, weapons and visual missions.

Performed daily and periodic inspections for the Simulators. Operated flights and Tactics computers for air crew

training. Trouble-shoot, isolated and repaired trainers’ malfunctions including its associated equipment

malfunctions. Repaired, desolated and soldered. Trouble-shoot power supplies, pneumatics, and hydraulics systems.

Calibrated instruments that are used for actual aircraft and calibrated to military and F.A.A. specification.
