Personal: My overall goal is to work in the biotech and agriculture industries. I pursued an education in biochemistry and genetics because I wanted to develop biotechnologies. Although I technically only have a B.S., the extent of my technical knowledge and experience is far more advanced. I decided to become an attorney in order to develop a more diverse career where I can apply my technical training to intellectual property, environmental remediation, energy production, and agriculture. I am passionate about other legal issues, i.e. civil rights and criminal justice, and I am interested in all legal opportunities in the public and private sectors. During law school, I worked for an adjunct professor with extensive experience as a General Counsel in the biotech industry. I have been particularly fortunate for his mentorship and that of Dirk Deam (********@*******.***), a professor, attorney, and rocket engineer from whom I took six undergraduate courses including two semesters of constitutional law. I had many other mentors in research labs and advanced courses for whom I am grateful. I have enjoyed tutoring for several years, and my students have done well. I seek opportunities in various fields, including legal, technical, research, environmental, education, government, public administration, agriculture, and anywhere that I can apply my background and work ethic. I enjoy helping people and learning something every chance I get. Thank you for your time and consideration.
