Over thirty years of experience in Human Resources Management, Risk Management, Administration, and Facilities Management within various corporate, engineering, and manufacturing environments comprised of multiple site, state, and international locations. Thorough knowledge of insurance, benefits, payroll, wage/salary structure, prevailing wage, labor law, immigration/work visa, multi-level recruitment, employee/labor relations, workers` compensation, safety, training programs, IIPP, FMLA/PDL, CFRA, ADA, EEO/AAP, ARRA, COBRA, organizational development and public relations in union and non-union environments. Series Seven and Life & Disability licenses (not current).

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

* Reduced Broker fees by 2% for CY 2013 on employee benefits.

* Increased employee benefits while reducing benefit costs and retrieved

over $20,000 as a result of inappropriate billing and incorrect insurance

coverage.

* Reduced overall benefit costs for the company and cut employee cost and

eliminated wrongful terminations. 100% win ratio for company.

* Installed various H.R.I.S. software systems based upon the needs of each

company, to provide structure, increased productivity and reduce man-hours

in the Human Resources Department.

* Conducted time-work studies to evaluate the effectiveness of workers

versus production, which resulted in an 11% reduction in staff, payroll, and

budget with no loss in production.

* Retrieved over $250,000 by investigating capital project spending, which

also resulted in the revision of the company`s accounting system, AR/AP and

purchasing procedures.

* Involved with union negotiations and collective bargaining agreement

reduced a potential strike

* Provide Prevailing Wage Law guidance on all public works construction and

development projects.

* Implemented safety training & education programs to reduce Workers`

Compensation Mode Rate from over 2 to less than 1, which reduced

insurance premiums significantly.
