Developed a job tracking system in Filemaker Pro, that resulted in more efficient tracking of marketing projects
At Whitecap catalogs were produced without the aid of a database. This was inefficient, and required hundreds of hours of research and page layout work at a rate of 5.2 pages per day. I oversaw the implementation of a database driven publishing solution using AgilityCMS content management system. I determined attribute requirements, and data structure requirements, and created the page layout designs that resulted in shorter production cycles with 50% less labor, saving the company over $300,000 per year.
