Abstract

Anonimizing networks such as Tor allow users to access Internet services

privately by using a series of routers to hide the client's IP address from

the server.In this web site administrator cannot block the misbehaving user

individual IP addresses but the NYMBLE manager can block misbehaving

individual user.
