built environment in conservation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy.
Created a municipal revolving loan fund within the City of Fayetteville for
financing energy efficiency and renewable retrofits on existing buildings.
Established Treadwell Institute as a leader in Arkansas advocating for
public policy and enabling legislation at the intersection of energy and
economic Development in the New Energy Economy, aka The Third Industrial
Revolution.
2003 - 2008 Construction Manager Arvest Bank Operations, Inc. /
Fayetteville, AR
Responsible for representing owners' interest for a regional bank with over
200 branch locations in a 4-state area. Managed 25 million in annual
expansions: new construction, major renovation/expansions, minor remodels,
repairs.
Accomplished the development of an expanded owner furnished vendor list
with national material suppliers. Maintained: procurement, warehousing,
and delivery. Maintained prototype continuity. Mitigated variables for
lead-time and quality. Leveraged single source purchasing for best price
and service.
Built the first USGreenBuildingCouncil - LEED Certified (Gold) bank branch
in Arkansas.

improve lead-time, reduce product quality variables, and pool purchasing

Negotiated initial contracts among key partners to establish the Northwest
Arkansas Office, and retain Walmart Realty, In-store, construction
contracts.

Responsible for design, production, and distribution of construction
documents, as well as expanded scope of construction administration for
Walmart Realty Construction.
Accomplished the development of preferred vendor list of national suppliers
for contractor-furnished, owner-furnished items to meet stringent timelines
on over 40 tenant finish projects per year.
Developed the Harrison French Banks program, to provide design/build
services to clients building facilities outside of Walmart Supercenters.
1995 - 1998 Project Manager / Designer Great Southern Metals
Company / Fayetteville, AR
Responsible for the design and sales of custom ironwork.
Provided hands-on coordination from initial design through fabrication to
finished product, and including installation.
Established a revolving inventory of rejected custom scrolls to be used on
unique custom designed pieces, but at considerable savings to the owners.
Doubled revenue in custom shop by recycle stream diversion.
ENTREPRENEURIAL EXPERIENCE
1991 - Present Owner / Developer / Contractor / Facilities Treadwell
Institute / Fayetteville, AR
Redeveloped multiple blighted properties in Fayetteville. Renovated them
into high-end apartments. Reduced vacancy rates from over 50% to less than
5%. Doubling rental income.
Managing all aspects as owner/developer/architect/contractor, and on-going
facilities management/leasing agent.
