41 SRAM (Static Random Access Memory) design project. As the group leader, firstly I assigned tasks to group members, secondly I finished the whole schematic, simulation, integrating and matching the schematic and layout. The read and write properties of our SRAM is excellent with sufficient noise margin.

"Nanometer properties of pyrolytic carbon in CVD process" supported by National Basic Research Program of China (known as 973). My responsibilities were to make scientific and reasonable experimental schemes, fabricate and measure properties of carbon paper samples, and analyze the testing results. The physical and mechanical properties of our sample exceed that of corresponding samples from Toray Inc.
