Complete custom cabinet design, layout, cut out and construction knowledge in both metric and standard measure.
Complete working and troubleshooting knowledge, of tools and equipment, set-up and operation for sawing, machining, milling and sanding.
Using industry standard cabinetry construction techniques, staplers, pin nailer, and screw guns I constructed custom cabinetry, to meet quality and design requirements.
Installation of drawer guides in cabinets, measuring and building custom drawers for cabinets - Familiar with all custom cabinet hardware, pocket hinges and under mount drawer guides
Identifying and grading various select hardwood, glue up panels for milling / building raised panel cabinet doors and face frames as needed, edge banding on cabinet components with final bench construction.
Complete construction knowledge of custom plastic laminate counter tops, custom wood veneer application's, custom stain-match, mask and spray final finish, delivery and using finish carpentry skills, installation of the cabinetry.
Providing customer service technical expertise, custom cabinet modification's on-site (or) when needed.
