Design and modeling of plastic moldings for production lines of personal laser attachments on firearms. In addition, also design associated machined, basic sheet metal circuit boards for laser etching and assembly. Participated in a one year engineering design and implementation independent study course. Analyzed the energy needs of a Tibetan Refugee camp located in Mainpat, India. Designed an integrated solar, wind and generator powered renewable energy system rated for up to 10 kilowatts for installation in Mainpat, India. Finally, Traveled to Mainpat, India to install the system previously designed.
Cold Temperature Geothermal Generator senior design project
Researched and designed a theoretical geothermal power system proof of concept over the course of 1 year. Worked in a three person engineering group for geothermal system design development and demonstrated a final proof of concept geothermal power system capable of producing an ideal 760 watts at temperatures of 55F to 75F.
