Position within the Product and Services customer support department, supporting the BETS-C program. As a subject matter expertise for hardware and software upgrades and fielded systems throughout Afghanistan, system refurbishment and system functional verification testing. The job responsibilities and duties include training internal and external customers for operators, administrators, field support personnel and local battle commanders.

Diagnose root cause of technical issues. Provide on-site training, conduct fielding software and hardware upgrades, and interact with customer and technical teams to ensure customer needs are addressed. Serve as a SME for fielding and technical issues. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the overall effectiveness of the system, provide emergency service and repairs as required.
