Leading a global program for a strategic commodity phase out and replacement working with strategic suppliers to develop new materials solutions, engineering and manufacturing processes. Accountable for leading a virtual, global (US, Mexico, Europe, Brazil and China) cross functional (engineering, manufacturing, product development/marketing and procurement) team. Responsible for developing the key performance indicators for the team, leveraging processes and technical findings from regions to regions and partnering with the strategic suppliers identified to provide new chemistry/materials.
