PROGRAM MANAGER - TDI Power 2011-Present

Managed multiple NPI engineering development programs from RFQ through production release to China factory. Developed numerous processes, procedures and standard templates to launch a newly formed PMO group. Generated program plans, budgets, schedules and tasks to complete for assigned programs in accordance with customer and management expectations. Tracked actual cost against the plan and provided financial analysis (ROI, Margin, EAC) updates throughout the program.

SR. PROGRAM MANAGER - I TT Geospatial Systems 2008 - 2011

Responsible for Sales/Profit/Orders/Proposals/Negotiations/Manpower forecasting for the GPS IIF product line covering various contracts (CPFF, CPIF, FFP, T&M) from Boeing valued at $75M. Exceeded all financial goals by a wide margin (Sales 153%, Profit 184%, Orders 195%) and Increased

Proposal Manager for a $52M FFP proposal for India Space Agency as Geospatial's first international contract expected to be awarded mid-2011. Successfully completed development and prototype demonstration of the OCX Monitor Station Receiver leading to a competitive award of a Phase B Production contract valued at $112M.

PROGRAM MANAGER - DRS Technologies 2004 - 2008

Responsible for the entire Mission Recorder product line valued at $57 million and comprised of development, production, T&M, spares and repair contracts. Developed strategies resulting in increased net profit percentage from 10% (2004) to 37% (2008) and increased revenue while meeting all customer contractual requirements. Customers include NAVAIR, NAVICP, Canadian Public Works, SPAWAR, Ikegami, Thales, Hill AFB, Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky, Boeing, General Dynamics Canada and Raytheon Australia. Fully accountable for meeting all financial and contractual requirements of product line. Generated Master Program Plans detailing all risks, goals, tasks, schedules, budgets, deliverables, responsibilities and structured the financial CSSR to track earned value against plan. Managed multi-million dollar contracts with Metro North, LIRR, General Motors and Kawasaki to design and deliver Event Recorder systems. Coordinated proposal preparation, negotiations and acceptance of final contract terms & conditions. Developed Work Packages and Quotes to achieve Dry Dock Overhaul in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Generated and monitored Test Sequence Networks, Critical Path Networks, Gantt Charts, Pert Charts and Major Milestone Charts. Presented Progress reports to the Prime Contractor and U.S. Navy to determine fee for the Cost Plus Fee Contract. Monitor Subcontractor performance and approve Progress Payments based on Milestones.

FIELD ENGINEER 1980 - 1982

Responsible for the Fire Control System Installation, Test, and Acceptance Trials aboard USN Frigates and Hydrofoils. Trained Navy personnel to operate and maintain the system.
