I also have a long and credible history of general customer service. I have excellent verbal and consumer services skills and have some retail sales experience. I have also had some level 1 tech support experience working to get hotel guests connected to the internet and that experience has given me a glimpse into the hospitality profession.

I am very familiar with commands for Microsoft, Apple, and Android based product lines manufactured within the past 10 to 12 years. I am also familiar with assorted modems; gateways, wireless access points and other critical equipment that help the internet function properly.
