Notable Achievements:

Lead 15 readiness instructors that guided 25 disaster and medical training classes which ensured vital security defense and first responder medical response capabilities to over 350 trainees. The extensive training program culminated in the highest inspection rating for program compliance. As sole advisor to the Medical Director; I guided morale, welfare, discipline and effective utilization of 100 personnel/$257K budget. Increased employee production rate 20 percent by focusing on training, team building and recognition programs. Directly oversaw all records custodian programs for the hospital and conducted 15 administrative inspections which drove functional file record manager accountability from an 83 to a 100 percent accuracy rating. Provided overarching leadership for 45 team members by reviewing 32 personnels annual standard performance reports and provided counseling on findings for future corrective actions. Staffed 66 personnel for both a $16M Department of Defense project and a Drug Demand Reduction program which ensured resources met the 1.8K man-hr job requirements.
