Experienced at interior and exterior building and grounds maintenance and repair. These skills include but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, light construction, masonry, landscaping, vehicle operation and maintenance, general maintenance, etc. Able to read from blueprints, schematics and plan drawings.

Experience as a training instructor for a diverse population of up to 200 persons.
Experienced in creating and maintaining budgets in excess of 200K. Familiar with tax exempt purchasing and negotiating bids from venders and contractors.
Trained in First Aid and CPR (Red Cross) and a Military Certified Rescue Swimmer.
