Directed $4.1M project to construct a 40K sq. ft. retail center on raw land; completed on time and within budget.

Obtained initial $2.6M in funding from bank, and orchestrated activities of 12 contractors, an architecture firm and

a real estate broker. Hired broker to handle space leasing and sourcing of potential tenants.

Key role in determining building size and managed entire bidding process for architect, contractors, and broker,

including bid analysis and selection of finalists.
