annually. SWANA financial status was poor,
since total net assets were near zero.
Developed and closely managed budgets. Trained
staff on use of budget as management tool.
Automated financial reporting. Stressed

Steadily grew assets to $2M.
Upgraded iMIS system, increasing revenues and
reducing costs. SWANA accounting/customer data
