totalling almost $78 million for the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, interacting with the issuer, bond
counsel, underwriting team and other related parties to structure the transactions, perform related financial analysis,
price the bonds based on current market conditions, and sell the issue through an extensive network of brokers.
Participated as a co-managing underwriter for the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and the Rhode Island
Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation on approximately $150 million in additional single family
homeownership and multi-family rental bond issues.
