* Project Manager for the Phase II implementation of the C4ISR system US Army Material Command, Redstone Arsenal - Huntsville, Al. In charge of the RFI/RFC and Change Management. I perform project-level scheduling, reporting, and financial tracking. I tracked the progress for the teams and made sure projects were completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, across the various functional organizations to accomplish the contract requirements.

* Advanced Programs Engineer for the DOD Proposal Center, supporting the ANG LAN and SPAWARS TCI pursuits. Authored proposal RFIs and RFPs, Red Team member. I utilized Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Project.

* Network Administrator for the SPAWARS network in Kabul, Afghanistan.

* Program Manager for the Landslide/MOB program. Inherited a red program that was over budget and behind schedule. Developed a new program plan and a cost to complete that the Customer accepted. I performed the planning, implementing, and administering of engineering programs and projects that led to the completion of the development, testing, and delivery of all systems and contract deliverables. I have the ability to communicate technical issues in an assertive and tactful manner. This led to the establishment of a healthy rapport and confidence with a once disappointed Customer after assuming the PM role. This changed the Customer`s desire for compensation into wanting to award more contracts to the company.

* Project Engineer for the Landslide/MOB programs. Established processes and database repositories to meet Corporate and CMMI and ISO compliance and the objective evidence that the Team was following those processes. Advanced to the Program Manager role. Established a pathway to complete the systems design and integration.

* Project Engineer and Chief Systems Engineer for the Battle Space Networks Advanced Programs Team. NRL Support contract: Evolved the Harris Highband Network Waveform capabilities to meet the US Navy fleet requirements. Navy Contract: Develop the Communications at Depth and Speed product

* Systems Engineer on the Patriot programs Advanced Programs Proposal Team. Produced Performance Based and Level of Effort proposals to rebid the majority of the contract for increased profitability.

* Integration and Test Proposal Manager for multiple pursuits.

* Advanced Programs Engineer for the PATRIOT contract. Generated the process and tools for producing Performance Based and Level of Effort proposals. * Project Engineer, Systems Engineer, and IPT Leader for the Apollo business area. I led the design efforts of communications systems.

* Integration Engineer on the Raccoon program. Tasked to design and document 10 racks of equipment. I Procured, kitted, shipped, installed systems at two Customer sites

* Field Service Representative for the HNR program for the Army 101st Airborne systems. Provided installation, training, and operations support. Generated the system training manuals and instructor guide. Trained the personnel going in-country.

May 2002 - Mar 2003: AirNet Communication Corp - Program Manager (Consultant) for international contracts. Led the efforts of the in-country installation of GSM Cellular Base Stations and switching systems throughout Afghanistan, Somalia, and domestic US markets.
