Senior Associate Brand Manager, Multiple Brands 2011-2012

Managed brand performance and budget tracking and reporting. Compiled data to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management, used to determine future activity. Created numerous ad hoc reports and presentation slides for senior management requests. Responsible for budgeting activities, including management of $6,000,000 budget on complex spreadsheet, which involved securing cost estimates, updating changes/cuts/additions, processing invoices, and reconciliation at major budget events. Collaborated with vendors, marketing management, sales, supply chain, and finance. Managed promotion function/agency and participated in planning and strategy meetings.

Proposed new way to reach volume consensus that involved marketing, sales, and demand planning.

Acted as key team member of DiGiorno Pizza launch team, which became one of the most successful new product launches in history of Kraft.

Worked on first-ever consumer-insight-based integrated marketing plans team for Philadelphia Cream Cheese that shifted away from straight economic incentives to value-added incentives (equity), and produced first growth for brand in five years.
