I'm highly educated, creative, intuitive, kind, empathetic, hyper-responsible, but not a bubbly "people person," and I find interviews difficult. Very often, the HR people who conduct them think that a facile flow of talk means high intelligence, high energy, goodwill, or the like. I'm trying to find a boss who doesn't think that way. Maybe a bubbler isn't what you need. Maybe you handle sensitive and confidential information, and you need someone you can trust to maintain security. Perhaps you need a thinker and worker, not a networker and social butterfly. Maybe you're a thinker rather than a talker and would like to have a subordinate who is similar. What I offer: excellent skills in the areas of writing, editing, proofreading, fact-checking and research, logistics, demographics and trending, organization, event planning, educational design and content development, assessment, coding, home clear-outs and home renovation planning, interior decoration, eldercare, and one-on-one coaching. I am both detail-oriented and able to work toward a holistic outcome; I can see both the trees and the forest.
