I code review other Senior Engineers and I am dogmatic when it comes to quality. I also QA and BA when necessary.

Duties: Develop criminal justice software using n-tier J2EE applications. Coded HTML (with CSS), JavaScript, JSP, and Servlets (using MVC pattern) for front-end. Wrote mid-tier applications with session and entity beans. Coded JDBC to connect to Oracle Database for DAOs. Wrote stored procedures, functions in PL/SQL for legacy applications and data fixes. Debugged and tested applications (white and black box testing). Interviewed new candidates for positions and helped create a competency exam for potential hires.
