for Louise Berger through the Borlaug Institute. Feb-Nov 2012.

Hydraulic Engineering Specialist - Great Man Made River Project, Libya. Review of the hydraulic

assessment needs for the next phase of development, in Libya for Willsbros, International. 2/10 -

Water Management Audit of the Sourou Valley Development Authority, Burkina Faso. Evaluation of the

capability of the Burkina government to successfully implement a major irrigation development
